I can't believe you're recommending mixing a "few" tylenol with alcohol. This can cause liver failure! The UK has been warning against this practice for years.

TMZ, WE'RE WAITING. Why did you refer to Usher's wife as his baby mama? Kate Gosselin is going through a divorce as well why have you never described her as Jon's baby mama? or do you only refer to african americans in that fashion? OWN UP TMZ!

I second this. It would be much better to recommend drinking a large glass of water before passing out.

The tylenol suggestion is completely irresponsible of TMZ. Don't ever drink and then take tylenol, combined with alcohol it makes a toxic poison in your liver that will kill you.

It IS an optical illusion. It does look like a penis, but it is the dude's left arm. He has his fist on his left hip. The angle make it look like said part.
