I second this. It would be much better to recommend drinking a large glass of water before passing out.

5. The tylenol suggestion is completely irresponsible of TMZ. Don't ever drink and then take tylenol, combined with alcohol it makes a toxic poison in your liver that will kill you.

It IS an optical illusion. It does look like a penis, but it is the dude's left arm. He has his fist on his left hip. The angle make it look like said part.

Is this really in las vegas? i'm from munich and it really is a nice copy of our oktoberfest. but here at the real fest, the women dont wear her dirndl(the dress) that short... and it is called HOFBRÄUHAUS. the most famous and biggest tent on the octoberfest is called LÖWENBRÄU. just if someone wants to know that. but really nice, i didn't know that so many people know about bavaria and this fest so much... was cool and a bit strange to see our language in pics of las vegas...
