An ex-choreographer who allegedly worked for Michael Jackson is the latest person to file a creditor's claim against Jackson's estate.
LaVelle Smith Jr. filed a suit today claiming he worked for Jackson for several different stretches in 2008 and 2009. Smith says Jackson only paid him part of what he was supposed to get and he is owed $144,500.

7. Why is it that after Michael passes away these people all of a sudden remember he owed them money? Talk about bad taste.
If they could live without it that long, they don't need it now. Why would MJ need a choreographer in 2008 anyway?

11. Everyone wants a piece of the pie now that MJ's gone. I say tuff sh!t. You should have tried to collect while he was alive. Once someone is buried, all debts should be cleared, even though that is not the case. If I were to pass, I would hate for my wife to have to pay bills that I owed.

13. there were plenty of people suing him before he died. It is public awareness now since he died. He owed a lot of money to a lot of people ....sad how people are willing to overlook that out of their "love" for him
