In the clip of the ET reporter interviewing Jon & Heller on their way into court, even she was clearly taken aback by Jon's snickering at Heller's "old woman in a shoe" crack & followed up with a question to Jon that reminded him that all those children being here is due to his decisions and actions, too, not Kate's alone.

BTW, if that's Heller's idea of coming in peace, if he had been at Appomattox rather than Ulysses Grant, the Civil War would STILL be going on.

Why did Jon hire this clown!? He's not making any sense! If I was Jon standing next to his lawyer, I would have died of embarrassment. I guess Jon is a shrimp d*** anyways, I wish all of the Jon&&Kate bs would go away so the kids can live a semi-normal life.

Jewish attorneys are usually smart and do a fantastic job. Heller is an exception to that rule. Jon hired someone dumber than Jon!!! To call Kate the mother of Jon's children , "an OLD WOMAN that lived in a shoe" is stupid. He is trying to defer blame but Jon admitted he was slammed by the judge and "the other side" which is Kate got off. That is because Kate is not at fault here, dumb, dumb. Kate's accounting was verified so Heller throws another figure out and Jon ROLES HIS EYES and chats away like all liars do when talking.

Who cares, but that dumb a.. Jon should not allow his ahole attorney talk so negatively about the mother of his children. Jon had to put back $188.00 and he said he took only $33,000.

That lawyer must be on some pretty good drugs.... goodness. Kate did the smart thing- letting her lawyers fight it out in court. No need for her children to see more of her and her father in a court house... if jon was really smart he'd let his lawyer do the same but then again isnt his lawyer not even suppose to be practicing in there state? What kinda dumb ass hires a lawyer that cant even practice in the state they need the lawyer for.

jons lawyer is a jerk,i think the comment was insulting to kate but also the kids. sounded like they were poorly dressed rag-a-muffins running in a daze. would have been nice if jon could have used his "newly found voice" for his kids sake

Now I need to decide who is the bigger idiot, Jon or his Lawyer. What the hay! Jon sat there the father of those eight childen and allowed his lawyer (retarded lawyer) to use that mother goose story against his own wife. Ugly Jon Gosslin lived in a shoe, he had so many children he didn't know what to do, so he went out to find a pot smoking ho, and tried to knock her up too wouldn't you know.

Harvey, you your distain for both Jon and Kate everytime there is a story on them. Why not stop showing anything that has anything to do either one? Jon needs counseling for the abuse he got from Kate shown on tv nearly 24/7 and the anger he has. Kate is a mean selfish person who only cares about herself. Her parents, brother, sisters and friends all but one have scares from the knives she put in backs. Why this woman is getting a pass in the press now is beyond me, I watched the show util the last year when I could not stand to watch anymore because of her behavior towards everyone when she didn't get her way. The shows like the one she made her sick kids sleep on the cold laundry room floor alone, one kid sick crying while she was shopping for hours ignoring him, how she was so in love with talking to the camera she didn't see her older daughter kicking or hitting the younger in their head showed me she was a lousy mother who cared more about the camera than the kids. Anyone that has watched the knows how many people these kids loved that have been taken out of their lives beause Kate refused TLC to pay them even her own brother, now the news is the kids are acting out now and Kate wonders why? They have seen and heard her too much, now it is the daddy these love being taken away. TMZ help these kids and refuse to show anymore of the Gosselins. They do not live in the TMZ zone anyway....rather see Heidi and Spencer trash than Kate
