Hello MJ Fans! :) Janalal4 and deb, been looking for you. been reading your comments on other boards, and just wanted to say that the way you defend michael jackson from haters always make me smile. intelligent, but funny. Janalal, i remember you saying in another post that you had no idea how you were going to go through This is It without blubbering? So, did you blubber? :) I definitely blubbered, lol! By the way, for those of you who haven't seen the movie - please stay until the super duper end of the credits. I noticed people started standing up and leaving the moment the credits began rolling. Not to spoil anything, but there's additional footage before the whole thing really ends, wouldn't want any of you to miss it. :)

That's interesting. NOBODY left in my theater until the screen went black. They didn't even get out of their seats. They in fact stood & applauded & then sat back down. It was a great audience & my daughter & I were hoping for that. Did I 'blubber'? Actually I didn't but I watered up at, let's see.....'Thriller'(believe it or not-thinking about the youthful MJ & so HAPPY he still had all those moves down), the J5 stuff da.. near killed me, the part at the end where he is thanking the crew, & 'Man in the Mirror'. Had to get that kleenex out & stem the flow of the mascara. Actual tears rolling but didn't 'blubber'. Ahem, I've just got overactive tear ducts is all(smirk) Other people were tearing-up too so I didn't care. There was a funny moment in our theater where MJ is singing 'The Way You Make Me Feel' & in the movie MJ stopped singing suddenly & the film got quiet & this guy in the audience belts out "MY LONELY DAYS ARE GONE"! EVERYBODY laughed & he says, Oh you all know you were feelin' it! lol!

I read somewhere last night that MJ had to teach his back-up dancers the crotch grab - the article said it apparently is not as easy to do as it looks. I haven't seen the movie so I don't know if they did it or not; that is just what the article said.

honey i was dancing doing the Thriller dance in my chair.
my mom started dancing then.I couldnt hold it back anymore.
i took out my lighter and lit it up on Earth song. And cried
at the end. That "this is is " song sounded good at the end.

Our audience clapped after every number & were hollering out for the sexy MJ. I thought my daughter was going to pee on herself during PYT & Billie Jean. She would holler out, "Oh my God I swear"!! She takes after her mother.
