Verne Troyer -- A Little Tipsy...

My mother and my sister were at the premier last night as they are friends with Terry Gilliam. Verne is a really precious man and I assure you he was not drunk. He simply tripped.

I was also there last night. Verne was NOT drunk. There wasn't even any alcohol being served. He fell over his bag. Jeez! You guys can twist anything, can't you.

Thank you Melanie #35. I am Melanie's mother and I was there last night at the premier and am a friend of Terry Gilliam, the director of
Verne's new film. I find it quite amusing that you would say that Verne was intoxicated when there was absolutely NO alcohol at the event and NO after party and I was in the man's presence last night and he was in my eye shot all evening and I know that he was not intoxicated. This is typical, shoddy "journalism" (and I use the term journalism losely here). Verne is one of the nicest, kindest people I've ever been acquainted with and I find it shameful that you people who do not even know him would assume the worst just because some pap says he was drunk. Some pap who was not even allowed in the event and who has NO idea of what went on inside the event.

Do you have any clue the amount of charity work this man does? It's astounding. Why don't you write about that?

Why don't you guys go after some "Hollywood poster child for bad behavior" and leave the good ones alone.

31. geez tmz is beyond pathetic. This is a serious and very sad impairment, where only 1 type of bone but not the otehr type calcifies and grows properly during embryological development. It sure shwos the most pathetic side of the US when you guys make fun ha ha ha of people with medical impairments. Americans do not know how to have any class when it comes to this. just like with your funerals here....they are all trashy beyond belief. BEsides, Harvey Levine doesn't seem much taller than Verne, so maybe we should make fun of him, and how silly he looks when he tries to pump up his muscles - which don't really fit on his Harvey's tiny body anways. pathetic.

He got back up really quick but then started wobbling again. His shoes look way too big. Did you see that look he gave the camera? Priceless. I think it would be great if he hooked up with balloon boys dad on a reality show. Now that would be funny! LOLADL.
