Joe Jackson will ask the California Court of Appeal to teach the Superior Court judge in the Michael Jackson estate case a thing or two .... We've learned Joe has filed legal papers setting the stage to challenge the decision throwing out his challenge to Michael's will.
Joe claims Michael's name was forged on the will ... and he wants John Branca and John McClain booted as executors.

Hummm wonder what happened to ole joes threat to the judge? you the one where he said if he didn't get what he wanted he would put a claim in on MJ estate for breach of contract..He must not have had any contracts to back him up.

Isn't handwriting authenticity fairly easy to check? Likewise, it's an easy matter to get the witnesses to the Will to sign affidavits that they witnessed MJ's signature on his Will. Also, during a Will signing, at least in California, all the witnesses must remain in the room while the person signs his or her will. And even before the signing (and in front of the witnesses), the attorney asks aloud if the person has read the will and if it is indeed his or her last will and testament. I imagine it's much the same in New York. So I don't see any possible way this Will is going to be proved a fake. I can't believe an attorney is actually taking Joe's money to file an appeal!

I agree! I mean, if MJ was supporting him while he was alive, realistically wouldn't he want to help him in death? I don't know. something doesn't seem right about the will either, MJ was in NY when it was supposedly signed.
Everything about this doesn't add up. Janet can't even figure out where she was when her brother died! I rememeber where I was when I heard the news!

Even if this will is a fake the courts would use the previous will which is exactly the same except blanket is not listed on it. Even in the previous will ole joe gets nothing.
I would not think a law firm would fake a will. Thats a whole new set of problems if they do that.
