she looks good for her age, and it is unfair to compare a 75 year old to a 31 year old! With or without surgery, 44 years changes a person one way or another. nobody has invented a time freezing machine yet, and until then, expect people to look different at 75 than at 31! If you want to get surgery then get it! Staying the same is not an option anyway.
