3. What happened to all of those grandiose charges we heard they were going to charge Tiger with?
What happened with the report that the police were seeking hospital records?
If Tiger can be charged with a moving violation without anyone seeing him behind the wheel, can he be charged with driving under the influence or other charges that required him being seen behind the wheel or are those another category of charges where more proof is required?

4. When Katherine was appointed permanent guardian of MJ's kids, wasn't it assumed that she would actually BE their guardian instead of pawning them off on nannies and babysitters? It's not like she has a job that takes her away from them. Am I right?

6. Did you guys happen to see Chelsea Handler's comments/tirade about Hulk Hogan's dear friend. Brutus 'The Barber' Beefcake? CLASSIC. And painfully true. Nice to know Hogan isn't the only skeezy old man in his little clique. Also, isn't it bizarre how with every new picture you see of Hogan's now fiancee, she looks more and more like Brooke? I mean, I SORT of saw the resemblance before, but now I'm doing triple takes at some of these photos!
