LOL.. I luv this PA judge! He is firm and isnt putting up with Jon's antics..he was showing off cuz he is mad with the gun trying to be a smartass, so now he cant shoot per Judge's order.

It's also illegal to discharge a weapon of any type in that City. You can't just shoot a gun on your property. It could kill someone.

@ Susie thats BS. Most gun laws on where to shoot are local to there area not a general rule. Just seeing what I have on tv of there house hell he could have been fine in 90% of California doing it.

Most laws are written that you may not discharge a weapon within x feet of a structure or road. From what I have seen this house in not in the city but in the country and this house sits on a huge lot like 20 or 50 ac.
