Blake Lively looks healthy. She looks like she gets sleep, and eats well and takes care of herself.
Ke$ha on the other hand, looks like she could use a multivitamin and a weekend at a detox spa. She looks like she smokes a half-pack of cigarettes a day, eats crap food and doesn't sleep. Could just be the make-up and the hair. But, she doesn't look as clean as Blake Lively.
