Take it for what it's worth but...

1. 2 or 3 Tylenols before BEFORE bed. (it works on your headache while you sleep)

2. BRUSH YOUR TEETH before you go to sleep. (it takes that NASTY taste out your mouth in the morning)

3 Visine before you go to sleep. (it gets the red out!)
