Crisis Manager -- Tiger Woods Rambled

2/19/2010 12:20 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Crisis Manager -- Tiger Woods RambledOne of the biggest crisis managers in America says Tiger Woods' address was a great 5 minute speech ... problem is it lasted 13 minutes.

Michael Sitrick, who has repped Rush Limbaugh, Paris Hilton and lots of other celebs in crisis, thinks, "There were good points in the speech but you had to wade through so much to pick them out."

Sitrick thought the most effective moment for Tiger was when he hugged his mom, which Sitrick says, "showed a genuine, human side."

Uber-publicist Howard Bragman -- who repped Isaiah Washington during his ordeal -- tells TMZ, "He didn't forget to apologize to anyone. Today was Yom Kippur for Tiger!"

* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 1 1/4 cups chopped onion
* 3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
* 1 (8-ounce) package presliced mushrooms
* 1 garlic clove, minced
* 1 (10-ounce) package thinly sliced deli turkey breast, chopped
* 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
* 1 (26-ounce) bottle tomato-basil pasta sauce (such as Bertoli)
* 1/4 cup (1 ounce) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
* 1 (16-ounce) carton fat-free cottage cheese
* Cooking spray
* 8 cooked lasagna noodles
* 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350°.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and garlic. Sauté 5 minutes or until tender. Add turkey; cook 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in seasoning and sauce. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Combine Parmesan, salt, black pepper, eggs, and cottage cheese.

Spread 1 cup turkey mixture in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Arrange 4 noodles over turkey mixture; top with half of Parmesan mixture and 2 cups turkey mixture. Repeat layers, ending with turkey mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes.

It would have been better if he had allowed reporters to ask questions. It seemed all staged to me and I still have no respect for him.

the only telling part about the whole "press event" was the last 3 min when the camera angle changed to show the audience, and the only person not looking at Tigger with rapt adoring eyes was HIS POOR MOTHER who was so embarrased she could only stare at the floor. LOL shows what a total loser this jerk is to drag his widowed mother into his mess.

Tiger doesn't have to stand before no man and confess his sins on his personal life. This jackass needs to cough somewhere else. He doesn't hold the key to Heaven nor Hell to cast Tiger, and anyone else into! God has the last and final call....this is for all the closet whores and whoremongers who throw stones at glass houses and haven't been caught AS OF YET!

I thought it was a humbling admission of guilt and contrition. He did not take to long, nor did he act above criticism. Media and ambulance chasers like this image guru are having a hissy because Tiger has done this his way. When you've got a billion in the bank you can roll like you want to - eat a Calloway wedge and die media.
