A website claiming to feature a sex tape with "Bachelor" reject Rozlyn Papa has a problem ... because the star of the flick may not be Roz at all.
Roz's lawyer directed us to a 2004 porn video featuring a woman using the name of Lucy Anne.
It appears the video the website in question is featuring was lifted from the 2004 porn video. The website only posted a portion of the 2004 video. When you look at that video as a whole, it doesn't look like Lucy Anne is Roz.

It was truly slanderous or libelous or just downright immoral of TMZ to truly destroy someone with fake news that you knew to be fake.
That girl never looked like Rozlyn yet you blasted it as Truth all over the world.

You relied on the word of a skeezy porn broker that it was "definitely" her to break the supposed story -- and now you fabricate more news with your half-a$$ed retraction? You realize, TMZ, all that happened here is that a random person uploaded a video to that site and attached Papa's name.
IT DOES NOT DISPROVE THE EXISTENCE OF THE SEX TAPE IN QUESTION.
Of course, your shoddy reporting only helps Papa (via her lawyer) to dismiss all future sex tapes with her name on them as fake, since that was the case the first time around.
