Joan Jett has lost a lot of weight that she didn't have in the first place. That can dramatically change one's facial features. She was a healthy weight in that 1981 picture but by the mid 80's she was a stick figure. She's put on more muscle since,but, that doesn't help fill out her face again. It's kind of stupid to put a picture of her mean-mugging next to a picture of her grinning from ear to ear. Either way, her skin is still severely pocked, she just wears A LOT of concealer to cover her the pock marks. Surgery? EXTREMELY DOUBTFUL. She has a natural face and you can see that when she doesn't wear makeup. Take a look at her pics when she's playing in war zones for the troops and you will see that this woman hasn't been anywhere near a plastic surgeon. She's slightly lined and still has the pock marks on her skin along with those lovely bloodshot eyes. This is a natural woman that takes excellent care of herself! All of you fat 20-somethings should be ashamed to look at yourselves when an ex-addict in her 50's has managed to turn her life around by eating healthily. Joan is an example of what a self-respecting person should look like at 52 years old!

Good plastic surgery BUT if her eyebrows go any higher, they will disappear into her hair!

if she ever wanted to get a surgery she would has a boob job ,but she is not that kind of person << actually they asked her to have a boob job 30 years ago to have a record deal but she was better than them and had chosen to start her own record label than changing anything about her look, personality or music style
and you can check her videos from every year she aged well because of her good diet and because the obvious reason "she is not married, no kids or a husband to make her feel like **** every single day"

She does appear to have had a brow lift but I don't think she's touched her nose ~ still has the same bump and her nose is long in profile. Would have loved to seen her without the surgery, bet she would still look great

Okay, after further examination, it does appear that the bridge of her nose has been shaved a bit. Joanie is still beautiful
