A highly decorated "Father of the Year" has a serious problem with the Miley Cyrus lap dance video -- but he's not blaming the parents ... he's blaming Disney!
TMZ spoke with acclaimed parenting expert Joe Kelly -- who strongly believes, "Miley Cyrus is the latest in a distressingly long line of girl celebrities launched on a trajectory where they are marketed as hypersexualized objects."
Kelly adds, "It's easy to blame the parents" but believes "corporate marketers" should be held accountable for things like "marketing precocious sexuality to young boys and girls."
And since Disney is the corporate giant behind "Hannah Montana" ... Kelly believes the Mouse House facilitated Miley's premature sexual behavior.

What a very nasty video! Hanna Montana grinding her butt on a 44 year old man's penis. So wrong and sick. Can't she find someone her age to grind on? Shankman looks like he wants to tear off Hanna's shirt or something. These people are both sick and drunkie's. Disney needs to get rid of this girl.
How come everyone is going beserk over this? She is a teenage girl and is going to act like one. She is going to act stupid and make mistakes. How come no one is belittling Shankman for not only accepting her dance he "spanks" her in it. He's the adult in this and HE should know better.
Miley has totally lost control. I used to think she was a good role model for my daughter but not anymore. I blame her parents. Over at starwired dot net, they interviewed Billy Ray Cyrus and he talks about tje crazy stuff he use to do.
I don't blame anyone for her behavior. what do u expect from a 16 year old??? I know she dry humped a 44 yr old gay man, but It's disturbing on shankman's behalf, not hers. I just feel like everyone thats an adult has forgotten how it was to be a teen or even a child. But I do. I remember i was hornier than the devil's red ass! seriously, she's a young woman exploring herself. we all do it (and did it) in different ways. in her case, shes a celebrity and im sure theres girls out there getting laid by a older man, getting pregnant, getting a std. its just not out there for us to see, but its happening. and i think what happened in this video isnt close to whats going on to girls who arent famous.

If that's what she was doing at the party with cameras and other people around, what did she do at the after party? Was she drinking as well? doing drugs?
Miley is 18. She is an adult. What she decides to do is her own business. It not her parents fault and it isn't Disney's fault. She is exploring her freedom to choose for herself.
You can take the Cyrus out of the trailer park but you can't take the trailer park out of the Cyrus.
