Jesse James cheats on his wife and he is branded the most hated man in America. This man is the most probable killer of his wife, yet some say ...innocent until proven guilty. Why isn't the paps following this a**hole 24/7? What does he say to the children when they ask for Mommy? Or did Grandpa and ma covered that for him too?

He allegedly kills his wife, but I haven't heard about a crime scene. And how would he have known to hide her body where it was eventually found? If he killed her in the heat of anger, he would have been scrambling around, and he would have disappeared from that place immediately. If he was arrested trying to sneak back into the US while his wife was missing, I think they'd have a better case for showing guilt.
When that Canadian couple was murdered in Cancun, they blamed a couple of canadian women when it was clearly the work of a highly skilled ex-military person. And that's who they eventually arrested over a year later. I'd hate to be sitting in a Mexican jail for a year if I was innocent, hoping they'd eventually find the right person.
