Conrad Murray -- Hands Off My MD License!

6/12/2010 12:37 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0610_conrad_murray_BNDr. Conrad Murray is pissed that the California Attorney General is trying to take a second bite out of the apple medical license.

Murray's lawyer, Ed Chernoff, filed legal docs today opposing the A.G.'s renewed attempt to suspend the doc's medical privileges while he awaits trial for the death of Michael Jackson.

A judge has already turned thumbs down to the request, but now the case is before a new judge and the A.G. has renewed the motion.

L.A. County Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor will set a trial date during a hearing on Monday ... and he'll probably hear arguments on Murray's license.

ummmm he administered drugs used only in hospitals to a patient not in a hospital....I think he should be happy to still have a license. In fact, I'm surprised it wasn't already revolked.

Michael killed himself. Seriously, who else but Michael could've arranged to have a doctor set him up with drugs like this? It was only a matter of time that he killed himself.

Michael is dead, let the pedophile drug addict rest in peace. Let this script doctor keep working Hollywood for other actors/actresses trying to kill themselves, like Lindsay Lohan.

Someone posted this video earlier, and after watching the film, TII, so many times, I still enjoy watching MJ doing the Jackson 5 Medley. Take a break & enjoy.

@Daphne I enjoyed the video! He was a great dancer and had a few good songs. I just can't forgive him for preying on innocent young boys.

He's got a lot of nerve trying to say that Michael actually woke up....(after being drugged up throughout the night as well as injected with propofol)......and self-administered MORE propofol, thus killing himself. And this all took place within the 2 to 10 minutes that he left to use the bathroom ?? And Michael never said a word or the doctor didn't hear anything ??

What fool would believe this nonsense?

If Michael was injecting propofol himself he wouldn't have hired this man.

He needs to admit that he simply gave Michael too much propofol and went about his business without monitoring him and without the proper equipment, which is total negligence on his part.

He was on the phone for 40 minutes for crying out loud. What else was he doing meantime? Oh yeah....he was ignoring Michael. And has he ever administered propofol to anyone else in his career as a doctor? That's not what he's licensed to do, is it?

I'm still curious to know how many times in the past he may have injected Michael with other drugs before giving him propofol and not keeping an eye on him.

I just don't believe this man. He's lied from the beginning, withheld the most vital information, hid, and now he's trying to say that Michael killed himself.

People can go on and on saying that Michael was an adult and was addicted to drugs so he's partly to blame. But if Michael had been dealing with a competent doctor who would have safely monitored him and not over medicated him he would still be alive today. It wasn't Michael who overmedicated himself. It was his doctor, a person he trusted to care for him.

Don't forget....There were no other drugs in Michael's body other than what his doctor gave him.

@Trish(and other haters). I hope nothing like this ever happens to anyone close to you. But then again you are such a LOSER a NOBODY, who would care. You are judgemental to the bones. Blindly and willingly hateful. As far as I can see YOU are very MESSED UP, I mean coming to this blog everytime to trash a DEAD man. Defending a GREEDY, NEGLIGENT QAUCK, who calls himself a DOCTOR. Why don't you GET LOST!!!

10. Dr. Murray messed up one time. Are you going to hold this over his head for the rest of his life? But, then again... I held on to Michael, being a "pedophile" for years. Hmmm...

Well with this logic Trash..oops I mean Trish then we could say why hold anything against ANYONES head for ONE mistake? Then i guess OJ only made ONE mistake, Scott Peterson too should we just let them roam the streets now cause they made one mistake?? I would imagine a lot of people that are in prison right now only made one mistake when they murdered someone does NOT mean they should not pay for that mistake. Murray KNEW what he did was wrong or he would have told 911, the paramedics and the ER staff what he did. Instead he ran out of the hospital with his tail between legs to HIDE everything he did!

If a physician under investigation for malpractice is allowed to return to practice, that is a gross act of neglect and irresponsibility.
