Tony Hawk I Got Caught in Helmet Cam Scam

0624_tony_hawk_EX_gettyTony Hawk is suing over one of the coolest products he ever put his name on -- a digital helmet cam -- claiming the people behind the device are total frauds.

Hawk -- the greatest skateboarder of all time -- filed a lawsuit today in L.A. County Superior Court claiming Prime Entertainment owes him more than $100k in royalties for "The Tony Hawk Branded Digital Helmet Camcorder."

In the suit, Hawk alleges when he signed the deal in 2005, Prime Entertainment "had no intention" of actually paying the guy what they promised. Instead, Hawk states he only received $35k of the $150k he was owed.

Now, Tony is suing for the remained $115k -- plus punitive damages -- citing breach of contract and fraud.
