You know this is Bull crap. I've been in court (criminal/civil) and there is NO WAY IN HELL it would take all day for the judge to decide if she violate her probation. There are other cases to hear to it's like you have 5-10 minutes at the most to plead your case with an attorney... This is a joke

Man her lawyer is the worst!! 90 days she will serve half but that prosecuter has an ax to grind. One rude B@tch. I guess hollywood stars take there celebrity status for granted. The judge also has to try and get her 15 minutes of fame as with the prosecuter. Do they think that putting someone in jail will reabilitate them No way They become a better criminal.. If she had complied at the very beginning, she'd have been done with this whole mess a year ago and out partying any way she pleased. I must say though that now that she's off drugs and booze she looks a LOT better. (except she needs to touch up those roots... GRIN)
