Car accidents happen. People sometimes get killed in them. It doesn't mean Brandy is some sort of cold blooded killer or anything like that, but let's not starting denying the facts. The CHP wanted vehicular manslaughter charges filed against Brandy but for whatever reason the authorities decided to let her walk and no charges were filed. She settled the lawsuit with the dead woman's children for 1.2 million dollars.
