For one thing TMZ should get their facts strait she left the country before they laid charges not after. Furthermore Iv just read all these comments and not a one has asked the most important question... what was his part in this? is it so beleivable that a woman can fly off the handle for no reason at all? If she is a ex of a friend of his they must have known each other and there is more to this story then we all know. A more believable occurence would have been the two of them had drink to much getting into a dispute and it escalating. My question to the reporters at TMZ is what did leo say or do to her to push her over the edge what was his part in it. why doesnt someone get her side of the story.

I think the photo that is circulating is from another incident. Just look at him, he's too young on that pic. I recall a fight he was involved in back in Thailand while filming the Beach, I think the pic is from that incident, since no pictures have been released from the 2005 assault.

what exactly did dicaprio do to have someone get angry enough to attack their face with a broken bottle? Because there is no mention... so it must have been dicaprios fault... thats usually why the perpetrators side of the story is not told... because it would either make us hate leo like we do mel gibson... or its even worse than that... but the truth will come out .. though it will be revamped by tmz and every other rumor mill to be what they need it to be.. or whatever dicaprio or his representatives want.
