Dina Lohan to Break Silence on Lindsay's Jail Stint on the Today Show

Matt and the Today Show are turning into another tabloid show.

Matt Lauer is an idiot. He should be talking about how the fame whore Judge was having improper meetings and conversations with witnesses. This judge was out to ruin Lindsay's career. Nobody seems to mention that Lindsay is only taking medication prescribed by her doctor and that medication has been determined to be appropriate. Why is she in rehab at all?

@Deb You obviously are not married to a very good attorney. The attorney I work for would have had this 2007 case resolved years ago without jail time. Where is the evidence that Lindsay has any current drug or drinking problems requiring rehab? The answer to that is that there isn't any. Lindsay was railroaded by an overzealous judge trying to make a name for herself and she should be reported to the California Bar for ethical violations.

U have to wonder How much the Network will be BILKED for 4 her Little Inpromptu drivel session, Of how Her & her Family are All mis-understood & Abused & all the while Her daughter & X-Hubby are violating everyones Public Saftey, But By All means SHOW ME THE Money !!!!!

Passing out in car's and looking stoned out of your mind all the damn time isnt any proof of a drug problem. Maybe in your drug addled brain!

I think that it's not fair that every time a "celeb" gets into trouble they get out of they're jail sentence....I meen who's the judge kidding...why put on like this girl was really going to serve some time!
