No visible sings of a full face lift, as the symmetry of her face, eyes, nose and lips are still the same and she has all her natural lines. Though I can see she had a bit of cheek implants.

She looks REALLY GOOD. yeah she's had work but it doesn't look like that plastic pulled back look. 77 GET OUTTA HERE!

It`s plastic surgery! BOTH in the before and after shots. And, also, sitting around doing nothing but thinking about herself and taking care of herself. There is no good doctor! The way a given person heals cannot be predicted. She is a lucky one that had a good result.

I'm a huge fan... She's so gorgeous!! I can only dream of looking that good after 50. I mean, have you seen the footage from "The B*tch" and "The Stud"? Not saying that they're good movies, but she definitely looked amazing in both, at age 42-43!! I think she's a very honest person, so why would she lie about plastic surgery? Her secrets: stay off coffee, cigarettes and drugs, plus, she has covered her face from the sun since she was 20 -according to her. Also, her body is to die for, considering her age: she can split, how many people over 40 can say that? I think she's great, and she may not be the best actress, but she definitely is THE b*tch. Fabulous and glamorous Joan!
