Not really. The rich have the money to drag out proceedings with the IRS (like Wesley Snipes), but the tax man gets his in the end. Heck, they took down gangsters like Al Capone when no other law enforcement agency could touch him.

Chris Tucker is an actor and comedian. He starting out doing stand up comedy. He later starred in the movies "Friday", "Next Friday", and then "Rush Hour" with Jackie Chan. He's probably been in other movies too, but I can't recall them all.

we pay our taxes and our government sends it over seas to help other counteries,while we have trouble here.I dont pay my taxes so uncle sam can give my hard earned tax dollars to people who come here to America and get social security and welfare and disability,And lets not forget the moron that was in office for 8 years that sent us to war.Does anyone remember when Bill Clinton was in office and owed back taxes what happened to him...nothing, so why should wesley snipes or chris tucker be held to a higher standard.Attach their paychecks liens on the houses they own take the cars freeze bank accounts take away driver licenses and passports.send them to jail or use the court system just cost us more money, and lets not forget the 60 billion in tax breaks big business got.
