Jim Carrey cracked the biggest smile on the planet at a rooftop party in NYC this past Saturday -- and we're guessing it had a lot to do with that smoking hot brunette in his arms.

It's been 6 months since Jim called it quits with Jenny McCarthy ... and it's pretty clear he's over the blonde phase ... for now.

No word yet on the identity of the mystery woman -- but based on the photo, Jim's face says it all ... "Jenny who?"

I thought he was hilarious on Living Color, especially the fireman character. Now he seems like he's trying too hard...he's just annoying. I agree with you #4! Jenni is just as annoying as he is. Nobody is funny 24/7.

I feel sorry for this chic if she is dating him. I hope she doen't bring any kids into the picture too!

I have always liked Jim C even with all his crazy antics. But is he crazy or smarter then all of us? LOL its debateable.
I always felt that Jenny controlled the entire relationship, dont know why, and Jim kinda was lost to himself.
