Judge may order Rehab in lieu of Jail.

If inmate fails Rehab, then Jail would be automatically reinstated.

I read that too that any violation would be a 2 year state prison sentence as that was part of her plea deal.
I remember at the trial the Judge said she was to serve 180 days day in jail and was sentenced to a suspended 2 year prison sentence which she would have to serve if she violated.

After she suffered withdrawals in jail her mom should have at least set up some outpatient rehab for her to avoid this.

yet another "celeb" that I've never heard of... but she is obviously not smart or she would have pulled off one of the more savvy celebrity stunts. Get an attorney, do a self-referral (or doctor's referral) to a rehab facility, insist that she was holding the ID for a friend and the California Celebrity Courts would cut her a deal, she'd do some B.S. "community service"-all would be well and she could return to shooting up. Instead she being treated like a "common criminal" and that's not right.
