It's "50 years old." You only include hyphens when you're using the term as an adjective, such as "50-year-old woman." Yes, I have no life.

I had a dream with her last week, and I told her she looked great for a 30 year old. She was delightful to talk with, and truly a classy, and distinguished woman.

Daryl's Botox is a little too thick around the nose and lips. Give it up and age gracefully.
