Does Dr. M not have to have the knowledge of what drugs MJ may have been using and had access to and any resulting complications would not Dr. M be responsible for? Is it not normal medical practise for a patient to be attended when under sedation to the point they are not conscious and as a result would not be reaponsible for their actions if they came to?
