That is a nice house, but with the divorce and Miley moving out, they maybe don't need that much space. Miley had her own wing of it. It's kinda sad because Miley bought next to it to be near her family. Wonder if Miley will decide to sell her house later. She should maybe move to Malibu.

I did a few drive-bys of that house and area, but was never lucky enough to see Miley out anywhere. Like they say, you see driveways of the stars. All I ever saw was some girl fans and paps hanging out and sometimes the cops probably telling them to go away.

@Warren, did you ever do a drive by of Miley's house? What's it look like from the ground? Another gate you can't see through? Billy and Tish are probably selling the house because under Tenn.'s community property law, both Billy and Tish own it, so either Tish has to buy Billy out or move. Tish will get half of Billy's massive fortune ($150 million according to Celebrity Net Worth), but probably doesn't need the space now that she's just got two kids at home. It still amazes me the kind of idiots TMZ attracts to its discussion boards. There are still people here who think that Billy, who's had his huge bankroll since long before anyone ever heard of Miley, is living off his daughter's income. And then there was the idiot who says Tish doesn't work! I guess it's easy to look like an idiot when TMZ is your only source of information.
