2.) No Anesthesia experience or certification
3.) CPR with no backboard
4.) Administering a Hospital Anesthesia Drug in a home
5.) No Continuous monitoring for heart rate, Blood pressure, respiratory rate
6.) No Airway, Intubation, Ambu, Respirator to support vital functions
7.) Massive delay in calling 911 and instead....pursuing "self heroics"
8.) .....and I am sure I missed some!
