GOT NEWS FOR YA. ALL THOSE ASIAN OFFICIALS SPEAK PERFECT ENGLISH. THEY DONT SPEAK IT IN THE US BECUZ THEY WANT ENGLISH OFFICIALS TO HAVE TO BOW DOWN TO THE CHINESE BY HAVING SOMEONE "TRANSLATE" ENGLISH IN MANDARIN. IN OTHER WORDS FOR MANDARIN TO BE THE DOMINATE LANGUAGE AND ENGLISH SECONDARY. IT'S THEIR TO GET BACK AT THE YANKS AND BRITS FOR DOMINATING ASIA DURING THE COLONIAL ERA. HELL, ALL OF THEM GO TO TOP SCHOOLS IN THE US AND ENGLAND SO FOR THEM NOT TO SPEAK ENGLISH IN AN ENGLISH SPEAKING COUNTRY IS REALLY AN INSULT TO THE ENGLISH SPEAKING OFFICIALS.
