About possible drinking: It shouldn't be hard to drink as long as no SCRAM is attached. She's only tested a couple of times a week. She could drink at night and test clean by morning. Or start drinking as soon as she's back from the test, figuring it's wildly unlikely that they would call her back that day. The usual tests don't pick up alcohol use beyond a few hours.

If the tests are on a fixed schedule rather than random - it's even easier.

Other drugs are riskier, although there may be some with the desired effect that clear just as fast.

Anyway - she could be drinking booze like the proverbial fish and still pass her tests. The tests are more useful for cocaine (typically about 3 days to clear), marijuana (weeks to clear) etc. although she's risked coke use before while tested. It's all a matter of timing and judging the degree of risk. At this point, she might not be so worried about a dirty test since she's going to jail regardless.

I wish i could have dressed her for court, she would have been really really late !
