Britney's Backup Dancers -- Don't Feed Her Drugs!

3/19/2011 2:15 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Working for Britney Spears is like owning a Gremlin, they both come with a set of instructions -- the biggest one ... keep Britney away from drugs and alcohol!

TMZ has obtained a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that dancers were required to sign before working on her latest music video. It specifically states, "Contractor acknowledges that it is essential that [Britney] not be exposed to any alcohol, drugs, or controlled substances."

The NDA even goes on to say that the dancers can be subjected to drug testing at any time and can be fired for failing a test or even refusing to take one.

With Britney comes much responsibility.

That would apply to Justin Bieber too. Crazy girls and paparazzis would back away 10 feet away from him, or send them to the juvy or the mental institution.

That's what the TSA, the Homeland Security, the FBI would also do. Similar to the no-fly list.

Sensible Grandma

Good for whoever thought up this idea. If it keeps her on the straight & narrow I'm all for it. If it were my dgtr I would do anything in my powere to help her.

I think this is a good idea, but I also think Britney should find a career where people truly care about her, I mean obviously her fans care more about her then anyone and her kids. Not because they want to milk her for all that she's worth. She can be a smart women and as for her boyfriend, people need to stop being so harsh. Who's to say he's using her? I mean yes, K-Fed did, but he was an idiot. I'm really rooting for her and hope everything pans out just right for her, because it's HER life.

if someone is a recovering alcoholic or drug addict, it's very important for them not to be exposed to those substances, as the sight/smell of the substance, or seeing someone who is intoxicated with the substace can very easily trigger a relapse. it's so naive to say "britney should jus*****ch out for herself". there are plenty of people who would like to watch britney falter so that they can get paid for a headline, which means there are plenty of people who are willing to 'press buttons' so-to-speak. recovering addicts are even told not to be friends with people who are users and they are told not to even go into places where those substances are, so it's not at all unreasonable to request that the people she employs do not drink or use drugs around her. and besides, THEIR AT WORK! they shouldn't be bringing that stuff to work with them anyway...
