"Britain's Got Talent" -- Susan Boyle 2.0?

4/23/2011 10:20 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Singing a crazy ballad of nursery rhymes, Scottish singer Edward Reid wowed the judges of "Britain's Got Talent" and may have earned himself 15 minutes of fame, Susan Boyle style.

Good luck getting this song out of your head.

corny, infantile, and mildly humorous. I'll give him props for creative use of childhood limericks, but his nasal, whiny delivery makes me cringe like that useless rebecca black. I hope he enjoyed his 15 minutes, because they are up and I've already forgotten who this is about.

After her Britain's Got Talent performance that went viral on YouTube she recorded and released an album that was the best selling album in the United States (and sold big all over the world). I would say she's had more than 15 minutes of fame.

Um, Susan boyle was famous for more than 15 minutes. She's the symbol of what a celebrity of America should be. Not appearance-wise or financially concience. Susan wanted a dream come true and got it, she hasn't web broken into her fortune because she doesnt care for money and she hasn't artificially altered her appearance like half the American celeb world. Why slag people off for doing something the normal way? But addressing this to Americans is pointless because they have no concept or grasp of natural realism.
