aw lol i watched that show, i thought it was satire and they were making fun of boy bands. The little one really died of cancer some years ago.

Um, that wasn't a real boy band, dudes. They're a fictional band from a satirical film (and later an MTV series.)

It was satire, but they actually did put out two albums, and yes, they all sang.

Also, the little one did die of cancer in real life, 10 years ago.

@ agita: Did you not even watch the video? Since the guy who was actually in the band mentioned that they went on tour and everything, I'd say that means they were a real band. While yes there was a show about them on MTV, that doesn't mean their band wasn't real. And yes, the guy did die some years after the show went off the air.

I LOVED that band..the show was great and it was so sad when one of the members died..I have their CD's and they were really good for a "fictional" group.

I still love 2ge+her. They were my boy band growing up. It's so great seeing Kevin/Doug again! He was also in a heavy metal band. They called themselves Pegasus, but they couldn't afford any instruments, so they had to sing their songs acapella.
