Like your wife, you're one of the luckiest people on the planet and that money you make has made you look beautiful to these low-level gold-diggers. I don't think that lump on his forehead is a keloid. A keloid is a scar, build-up of scar tissue. That thing looks more like a cyst buildup from a pimple that has turned into a cyst. A Dr. can remove it fairly easily in his office. It needs to be drained.

It's really gross, and confusing that's he's had it so long and been filmed for that show and hasn't bothered to get it taken off. Hasn't he any clue how gross it is to other people to have to look at that?!
