Though Thomas Mesereau said it was unwise to upgrade the accusation, it seems that there is far, far more to this case than involuntary manslaughter. What Conrad Murray did can compare with knocking someone dead, knowing your car has no brakes. And, who would be stupid enough to drive a car with no breaks !

What up all you emotionally illiterate, Nancy Disgrace following, irrational, rode wet, mental midgets? FYI, MJ was a drug addicted pedophile who suffered from an identity crisis and took it upon himself to OD!
On the other hand, Dr. Murray is a good man who did the world a favor. Just imagine if any other average Joe had little boys over to his house for sleep overs in his bed and at the entrance of the room there were cameras to alert this average Joe of intruders. Yeah, average Joe would be in prison after getting thoroughly trashed by Nancy Disgrace and her followers.
A grown man has a secret compartment in his room along with security cameras outside his room to alert him of intruders. You have to be one emotional douchebag or douchebagette to think his sleep overs were "innocent"!!
Thank s Again for carrying out justice Dr. Murray, hang in there because you’ll be found NOT GUILTY,, NOT GUILTY, NOT GUILTY!

EXTREMELY TOUGH WEEK FOR CON "QUACK" THE MURDERER WHO STILL DOES NOT HAVE/HAS A DEFENSE ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY PULL A "STUPID STUNT" LIKE THIS:

Jackson judge calls attorney's interview shocking

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- The judge overseeing the trial of the doctor charged in Michael Jackson's death told the lead defense attorney Friday that he found an interview his law partner conducted on the case "shocking" and possible grounds for contempt.

Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor told attorneys he watched the interview during a break with his mouth open because attorney Matt Alford is identified as a member of Dr. Conrad Murray's defense team and criticized a key prosecution witness.

The judge noted that Alford used the pronouns "we" and "our" to describe decisions about the doctor's defense.

Alford, a partner of Murray's lead defense lawyer Ed Chernoff, was interviewed outside the courthouse by "The Today Show."

"I sat there with my mouth open" while watching the interview, Pastor said, because Alford was identified as a member of Murray's defense team, according to court transcripts. He also called the interview shocking.

Attorneys and the judge huddled in several sidebar conferences throughout the day on the issue.

Alford criticized a key prosecution witness, Alberto Alvarez, in the interview. Alvarez, a bodyguard for Jackson, testified Thursday that Murray scooped up vials of medicine and placed them in a bag before telling him to call 911.

Pastor ordered Alford to appear in his courtroom on Nov. 15 for a contempt hearing. At the end of a heated conference on the issue, Pastor said Alford was considered a witness.

That came after Chernoff told the judge to hold him in contempt and not punish Alford.

Prosecutors complained about the interview Friday morning.

The interview with Ann Curry came hours after the judge warned defense attorneys not to comment on the case out of court.

"I am serious about interviews and about commenting on the state of the evidence or on credibility or on the overall issues in the case," Pastor told the defense team Thursday afternoon, a transcript shows.

Alford is not one of the attorneys representing the doctor in court in his involuntary manslaughter case.

Murray is nothing more than a highly paid in-house drug pusher and a fall guy for AEG's greed. If it wasn't him it would have been another Doctor. Follow the money.

WEEK 2 WILL BE MORE DAMAGING TESTIMONY AGAINST THIS "QUACK"!!!!

WAIT UNTIL THE CORONER AND OTHER "REAL" DOCTORS TAKE THE STAND AGAINST THIS "QUACK"!!!!

I'M STILL REELING OVER THE FACT THAT THIS "QUACK" HAD THE NERVE TO RECORD MJ WHILE HE WAS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF SOMETHING AND 2 DAYS LATER ORDER MORE PROPOFOL!!!!!

WAS HE GOING TO USE THIS RECORDING TO "BLACKMAIL/EXTORT" MONEY FROM MJ SINCE HE DEMANDED 5 MILLION FROM THE GET GO FOR MEDICAL SERVICE???????

THIS "QUACK" IS A "DRUG PUSHER" WITH A MEDICAL LICENSE TO KILL!!!!

AND THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT HE DID!!!!

IF YOU LISTEN TO THE FIRST EMT, HE STATED THAT CON "QUACK" THE MURDERER WANTED THEM TO DO A "CENTRAL LINE PROCEDURE" ON MJ WITHOUT THE PROPER EQUIPMENT AND PROCEDURE WHEN ALL KNEW THAT MJ WAS ALREADY "DEAD"!!!!

MR. AND MS. PROSECUTOR, PLEASE TAKE THIS "QUACK" MEDICAL LICENSE AWAY FROM HIM "4 EVER"!!!!

For sure, this first week made Murray look really bad. I believe Alberto Alvarez told the truth, but I also think he's not very reliable as to the timeline, at least it seemed that way. I do believe the paramedics 100% when they say they may have been able to save Michael had they been called sooner...That was the worst part to hear. You never know, of course, but it makes you wonder. Otherwise I thought the defense lost points with the jury with that pad/easel thing. I also wonder if the interview given by Chernoff's partner is going to cause problems for the defense? No one seems to be mentionning it. Given everything I heard this week, I cannot see Murray being acquitted with so much damaging testimony. I want to hear his answer if (I hope) someone asks him why he didn't immediately call 911 from his phone (he had one, he was talking to a GF right before Michael died). I also want to know why he lied to paramedics about what he had given Michael...Finally, I really want to know why, if he was faced with a medical emergency, doing CPR or whatever, did he not yell "call 911" instead of everything else he said. If someone asks me to send a kid up somewhere, the last thing I will think of is a medical emergency...

Your Poll: Remembered for Great Singer or Drugs. You forgot Pedophile that paid the parents off. This guy should have been in jail long before his death.

I wonder how many doctors and personal attendants saved Michael from dying over the years and won't come forward to tell of his critical mental problems with depression, drugs and self-destructive behavior? Now that the truth is out, they want to put the blame of his decline and misery on anyone but Michael.. but facts are facts. He had money, freedom, beloved children and played chicken with death.. sad man

Sorry, but he told the cook to get help. To normal, thinking people that includes calling 911.

Just think. If the first jury had done their job correctly, MJ would be sitting in a jail cell and still be alive!
