Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak says he’s been feeling like he’s been “clobbered over the head by a hammer” ... ever since he learned about the death of his friend Steve Jobs.

Wozniak appeared on the “Early Show” on CBS this morning … and said, "When I heard the news my mind went blank."

But Wozniak says, he hasn't been able to stop thinking about all the good times he shared with Jobs ... adding, "My head is swirling in it."

This is so sad, but the writing was on the wall. He had to have known that Steve was gravely ill. RIP Steve!!

I can just imagine them as high school buddies and all the memories The Woz is thinking right now. Incidentally, my son goes to the same high school they graduated from. A memorial has been set up at the high school; as well as Apple HQ and stores. It's a loss for the community and the world as a whole, for sure.

Whom can Apple find now to convince people to part with an insane amount or cash to make phone calls or listen to music or watch videos on a portable device?

How the heck could anybody be surprised about Jobs' death!?! Only if you've been living under a rock for the last few years!

Jobs claimed to be a Buddhist. Did he not know that kindness, honesty and compassion are the hallmarks of Buddhism? Judging from what I have been reading about the way he treated those in his employ, and the dishonesty with which he kept key facts hidden from shareholders, he did not.
I think karma caught up to him...

Stunned?.......What an idiot.......Steve Jobs had very serious health issues and we all knew what the outcome would be...Guess this fat fool had his head up his azz for the past few years, cause we all knew steve was seriously ill...you can just see it in the change his body took.

You guys should use the Associated Press interview Woz did today with them. He actually cries/wipes away tears at the end of it.

Perhaps stunned was the wrong word. Clearly he's been more than aware of the current concerns his friend was facing-but there is a difference in knowing something coming, and the feeling one has when it actually happens. Think everyone is being to judgemental.

No sudden death, whether expected or not, is easy to accept. Woz always seems like a decent guy.

i wasnt that shocked, saddened. he should have had more time to enjoy retirement. but i heard the tale from my dad who at one time was deathly afraid to retire as 4 of his fellow workers retired and DIED within 6 months... or maybe it was the fact that steve jobs just looked so so emaciated and sick in the end... i figured within a year...
