Dr. Conrad Murray

Massive Inconsistency In Murray's Story

10/7/2011 2:45 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Dr. Conrad Murray
's interview with LAPD detectives reveals a huge inconsistency that could weigh heavily with the jury.

In the tape, Dr. Murray says he left Michael Jackson's room for only 2 minutes to go to the bathroom, and when he came back Michael Jackson was not breathing.  Murray says he immediately began performing CPR.

But according to Sade Anding, Murray's Houston girlfriend who was on the phone with Murray, she says she was talking to him for a while when suddenly it appeared Murray dropped the phone and the emergency commenced.

So now there are competing stories -- Either Murray went to the bathroom as he told cops, or he was on the phone -- possibly distracted.  If jurors believe Anding and the phone records, they could easily conclude Murray lied to cops.

CNN, can you prove what time Murray arrived at holmby hills on 6/25/2009? Of course not you're the source that claimed michael called murray to holmby at 1:00am. The dancers and camera crew stated rehearsal did not end until 1:00am. A few additional things happened after rehearsal ended prior to michael leaving the staples center. It's do***ented by TII staff, but not be guys just went with murray's affidavit lie that he started administering the meds at 1:30am......yearrrhh right. With all your 24-7 statelites and advanced technology I'm shocked that CNN wasn't able to shed some light on what was happening in the zone around the grounds near holmby hills.....street surveillane picked up nothing during the hours.

I only do this because ms. chase stated murray would always arrive before she left for the evening. He would go right upstairs as normal. She left around 10:00 pm on 10/24/2009, but murray's car was not seen on the property. This was the begining of murray changing his routine at holmby hills.

Trial of the Century - Pt. 10....
Okay so I see we've neglected this story a bit and the result is CRYSTAL. Let me just say that I didn't pay it much mind because the fact that Murray's story is INCONSISTENT is a NO-BRAINER, imo. It's also clear that the same people who coached Nurse Cherilyn and Randy Phillips coached him which is why there are so many HOLES in his story. And someone must've forgotten to tell Nurse Cherilyn to call Propofol, "Milk", not Diprivan. I bet someone lost their job over that one.....
Alright, I know I'm talking over SOME people's heads so let's get to the OBVIOUS, shall we?
-Oprah, you hit the nail on the head with that one. When you listen to his LAPD Interview, he constantly struggles with Medical Terminology almost as bad as the Detectives and Chernoff....
And for the record, I think that he's the one who pushed the idea of calling the Propofol "Milk". We have to remember that all the information we have on what happened that night came from MURRAY. There is noone else who corroborated his story--in fact, none of the phone records, emails, Medical Professional testimony, and Pharmacy Receipts match up with what he said either. This jury will have to be DEAF, DUMB, and BLIND to not see how guilty he is....
-CaraElyse, what do you base your information on? You say Michael definitely had an addiction problem...really? Unless you were there when the Coroner ran tests on him, or you actually WITNESSED him in an addiction, you have NO CLUE what you're talking about. What's SAD and SENSELESS is people like YOU have allowed yourself to be DUPED by everything the TABLOID MEDIA tells you....Oye.
-firebaby, quit LYING to make your point. I'd LOVE to see this so-called video of Michael "doctor-shopping". You can't because it doesn't exist. You're the epitome of the average ILLITERATE who thinks they have to give their LAME opinion about Michael. You see only what you WANT to see. TMZ had a clip of Michael coming out of KLEIN'S office--that's what you're referring to more likely. And he wasn't doctor-shopping with Klein who had been his Dermatologist off and on for over a DECADE.....
As for Murray urinating while on the phone with his Hootchies, SO WHAT? That has NOTHING to do with the price of tea in China. The point is he claims to have given Michael that stack of Benzos and Propofol, then had the GALL to leave him unattended, something every doctor in the known world would NEVER do for even a MINUTE, despite they have an arsenal of Medical Equipment and full staff to assist them when administering Anaesthesia....
And for the 50 millionth time, there is NO PROOF that Michael was an addict, but there is PROOF that he wasn't--the CORONER'S REPORT! But even if he was, that does not excuse the fact that Murray gave him something that he KNEW to be dangerous--the fact that he claimed he tried to WEAN Michael off Propofol (A HUGE LIE, IMO) PROVES his GUILT. We're not talking about what other Doctors would've done, we're talking about what MURRAY DID....get it?
-Janeny, are you that LUNATIC who is parading in front of the LA Courthouse supporting Murray? FYI--noone's persecuting Murray, he brought that on himself the moment he got GREEDY and decided to take his patient's life by giving him Meds that he knew to be DANGEROUS outside of a Medical setting....
And don't you DARE compare how America persecuted Michael (simply because he was different) with how Murray is being treated! If anything, up till now they've done everything but roll out the RED CARPET ever since he KILLED Michael. The only reason he's getting a hard time now is because all of his DIRTY LAUNDRY is coming out and the world is finally seeing him for what he truly is: A LIAR, MURDERER, CHEAT and CROOK.....don't get me started.....
-Art of War, wrong again! Check the transcript of the LAPD deposition and you'll see that Murray's attorney, CHERNOFF was right there with him which is probably the only reason they got anything out of him at that point....
And Murray taking the stand won't do a thing to help his position. Thing is, the entire story of what happened is based on the Lies MURRAY told the LAPD. Anyone who BOTHERED to pay attention to this case from day one already knows these things and doesn't need TMZ to spell it out for them....
Bottom line, it doesn't matter what Murray said because there's other evidence such as the Phone records, email and testimony of Holmby and Medcial Staff to tell us what REALLY happened that day.....
-Hmmm, thanks for being the light at the end of the tunnel on this one. So funny how most people CONVENIENTLY overlook this point you made. Detectives did see Murray BRIEFLY at UCLA, but when they went to find him for full questioning, he had disappeared and couldn't be found for TWO DAYS. He claims he gave the Detective his cell no., but when they asked why they couldn't reach him, he acted surprised and his PR person claimed he didn't want him to take calls....yeah, right. They knew they needed those 2 days to get his, ah...STORY down on what happened on June 25....
An innocent person does not need to get a full battery of Lawyers and hire a PR Firm in order to exonerate himself....he just doesn't.....

-Hey TSIG! Can't believe they had the GALL to put PPB in the Tribute SCAM last Saturday. It's not enough they used this thing to continue their SHAMELESS sponging off Michael, but they can't get any LOWER using his children. And Blanket looked irritated in EVERY picture I saw of him, sort of like he KNEW something was WRONG.....
In any event, sounds like it was a HUGE DUD,,,,BIG SURPRISE......
-Hey Sofi! Saw your post to me on the other board regarding the Tribute and my answer is that I am DEFINITELY against it and wished there had been some way to put a stop to it. But the one good part about it is the fact that they got BLOCKED from live-streaming it into the US, and from developing a DVD of it which was going to bring the REAL money they wanted. I doubt they'll even break even at this point. And it still AMAZES me that anyone was CRAZY enough to go to that CRAPPY concert. I wouldn't have gone even if they let me in's the PRINCIPLE of it. I even boycotted all of the TMZ articles about it.....
Any Fan/Supporter worth their salt would know better than to go to that thing.....and hopefully the audience was mainly fans of CeeLo, Christina and Smokey......
-Kedrit49, You make a good point that the Lawyers may be confusing the Jury and others with all of the Medical Jargon. I especially had issues with Flanagan's cross of the Coroner's Assistant when he continuously asked him the SAME question over and over about the percentage of Lorazepam and Propofol found in Michael's stomach. Anderson kept telling him that there were specialists coming who could answer those questions, but Flanagan persisted in asking him anyway. Clearly he had NOTHING to go on. Now I see how he got that Nurse off in that other Propofol case--he BORED so bad they couldn't focus on the facts!!
However, I'm depending on Judge Pastor to keep this trial focused on the FACTS, and not get caught up in all of the smoke and mirrors the Defense is determined to base their case on.....
Can't wait for the Trial to reconvene tomorrow. But hold on tight, it's going to be a BUMPY ride with week filled with MEDICAL EXPERTS.....better break out the PDR.........
No Peace till Justice!

Splash News/WENNBy Jen Heger - Radar Legal Editor

The medical examiner that did the autopsy on Michael Jackson admitted under cross examination by Dr. Murray's lawyer, Michael Flanagan, that there was an unknown liquid in Michael Jackson's stomach, is reporting.

The jury listened intently as Flanagan questioned Dr. Christopher Rogers about the contents of Jackson's stomach. "There was dark liquid found in Mr. Jackson's stomach. It could have been fruit's unknown what the dark liquid was," Dr. Rogers said.

The medical examiner revealed that there approximately 70 grams taken from the King of Pop's stomach. Flanagan also showed jurors 9 1/2 Lorazepam pills from a prescription bottle of Michael Jackson's that was recovered from his bedside table.

Dr. Rogers said the King of Pop was 5'9 and weighed 136 pounds and "he was healthier than the average person of his age.". The autopsy photo evoked tears from Jackson family members, and Jackson fans.

The Reason Michael Jackson's Autopsy Photo Was Shown To JurorsThe Reason Michael Jackson's Autopsy Photo Was Shown To Jurors

The autopsy photo of Michael Jackson that was shown in court on Tuesday at Dr. Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial evoked tears and gasps from audience members in attendance, and has exclusively learned why it was used.

"The defense has witnesses that are going to testify that Michael Jackson's bones were protruding, and that he looked very, very sick. Remember the paramedic told jurors that when they first arrived at Michael Jackson's bedroom, they thought he was a hospice patient. The photo had to be shown to jurors to show Michael Jackson's physical state. The Jackson family was warned before the photo was shown, and Katherine Jackson left without seeing the photo," a law enforcement source tells

PHOTOS: Key Players In The Trial Of Dr. Conrad Murray has chosen not to publish Michael Jackson's autopsy photograph. "Showing an autopsy photo is never taken lightly. It can be gruesome, but there is always a very specific reason why it's shown. This wasn't done for shock value, as some pundits have declared," the insider says.

As previously reported, the D.A. is expected to rest their case this week; the defense will then begin presenting its case.

The explosive trial of Dr. Conrad Murray -- charged in the death of pop superstar Michael Jackson -- continues today in Los Angeles, and is once again live streaming the proceedings, starting at 8:45 am PT/11:45 am ET.

The prosecution is starting to wind down its case by calling its three final witnesses -- a cardiologist, a sleep expert, and an anesthesiologist -- all of whom will slam Dr. Conrad Murray for using Propofol as a sleep aid for Jackson. The D.A. will likely rest its case this week; then it will be the defense’s turn.

PETA Slams Dr. Conrad Murray For Testing Harmful Drug Propofol On Beagle DogsPETA Slams Dr. Conrad Murray For Testing Harmful Drug Propofol On Beagle Dogs

Dr. Conrad Murray’s defense team has earned another enemy – the animal right’s group PETA - for their testing of the powerful anesthetic Propofol on beagles.

PETA, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, President Ingrid Newkirk exclusively talked to and slammed the doctor, who is accused of killing Michael Jackson.

“Dr. Conrad Murray and his defense team should do time for this act alone. Poisoning and killing dogs will not change what is already known about propofol—its hazards are well do***ented,” she said.

As exclusively reported, as source close to Dr. Murray revealed that Beagle dogs had been used to test the drug as attorneys tried to build their defense of the beleaguered physician.

“A study was done on Beagle dogs to determine how much Propofol would have to be orally consumed to cause death. The only other study that had been done on the oral ingestion of Propofol was on pigs rectums. The study definitely involved more than two dogs. It's unknown if the dogs died, or suffered any harm," the source said.

PETA said this action would have horrified the former King of Pop, who tragically passed away from a propofol overdose in 2009.

“This would have greatly upset Michael, who was known to be a huge animal lover,” the organization told “This was obviously a cruel attempt to drag out this trial and confuse the jurors, adding more victims to the death toll in this sad case.”

Katherine Jackson Says Dr. Murray Is A LiarKatherine Jackson Says Dr. Murray Is A Liar

WENNBy Jen Heger
Radar Legal Editor

Katherine Jackson is “livid” that Dr. Conrad Murray told cops two days after her beloved son, Michael Jackson died, that he provided solace to her and the singer's three children after the tragic death.

In fact, far from it, says the Jackson family matriarch, who claims that the embattled cardiologist made the whole thing up, is exclusively reporting.

Katherine Jackson called Deputy District Attorney David Walgren on Monday night, and told him that she was outraged that Dr. Murray made up such a preposterous tale.

PHOTOS: Key Players In The Trial Of Dr. Conrad Murray

"Katherine was almost beside herself with anger after she heard Dr. Murray telling cops that he comforted her and the grandchildren after her son was declared dead. it just never happened, Dr. Murray made the whole thing up. She is disgusted and outraged at Dr. Murray for even daring to suggest that he was there for her," a Jackson family insider tells

Katherine Jackson's nephew, Trent Jackson told CNN's Alan Duke, that Michael's oldest son, Prince also says Dr. Murray never even spoke to the children.

According to Trent, the children were kept in an SUV outside of the UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center and it was Michael's manger, Frank DiLeo that escorted the children into the emergency room after their grandmother arrived.

EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS: Inside Michael Jackson's Mansion On The Day Of His Death

According to the official interview that Murray did with cops:

Dr. Murray: So we -- they brought her into a room down the hall. And I went in there with the emergency room physician who was treating him, whom I was with all the time through his code, and they broke the news to Mrs. Jackson. So the doctor started to tell that, you know her son came in and he was having difficulty breathing and they tried everything. And she said, "well how is he? He's not dead is he?" and the doctor said "yes," and she broke down. It was very -- and weeping. We stayed there, held her hand."

Dr. Murray then talked about how he went to another room where Jackson's three children were, and told them their father had died.

PHOTOS: The Jackson Family Arrives To Dr. Conrad Murray’s Trial

Transcript from the interview:

Dr. Murray: They asked questions, and the children found out that daddy wasn't doing well, that he had passed away. And then they were weeping, really weeping...after they cried and cried and then his daughter uttered a lot of words of unhappiness, and you know she will live alone without her dad and she didn't want to be an orphan...She cried and was very stark. And then she asked to see him. And then that was another thing. How do you let children see him? I asked them to prepare Mr. Jackson's body, make it as presentable as possible, because I recommended an autopsy be performed, so that the children would be able to view their daddy and have them say good-bye to him at this time."

The source says that when Katherine apprised Prince of what had happened in court on Monday, he was more steadfast and determined than ever to take the stand for the prosecution.

"Katherine tells Michael's two oldest children, Prince and Paris what has happened in court everyday. Blanket is just too young to comprehend it, and doesn't ask questions. Prince was mortified when Katherine apprised him of what happened,” the Jackson insider told “He is begging his grandmother to let him take the stand. The decision will be up to David Walgren though.

“Right now, its a 50/50 chance that Prince could take the stand. Prince doesn't want the jurors to feel sympathy for Dr. Murray, and felt that was the reason he made up the entire story about what happened at the hospital. The DA will assess the need to put Prince on the stand, after the defense rests it's case.”

Testimony will resume in the trial on Monday. If convicted of involuntary manslaughter, Dr. Murray could face up to four years in state prison.
