Alleged Celeb Phone Hacker

Released from Custody,

BANNED from the Internet

10/12/2011 2:00 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

The man accused of hacking nude pictures from Scarlett Johansson and other celebrities has been released from federal custody ... TMZ has learned.

35-year-old Christopher Chaney was arrested this morning by the FBI on charges of wiretapping, identity theft, and other charges related to hacking celebrity phones and computers.

Chaney appeared before a judge this afternoon in Florida and was released on a $10,000 bond.

As part of his release, the judge banned Chaney from using ANY computer device that has Internet access. Chaney is also prohibited from using drugs and possessing firearms.

The most embarrassing part ... he's been ordered to live with his parents.

The Real JJ

The Internet is everywhere, if he found a way hack a phone, he can find a way to get on and not get caught. Then they made him live with his parents like that's a punishment. Free rent and home cooked meals.

Ghost Rider

Its not really embarrassing considering 5.9 million Americans under 35 live with there parents and men are two thirds more likely to live at home right now anyways. Good luck keeping him away from computers, lol.

Too bad the FBI doesn't handle all identity theft case this swiftly... loose your life savings, ruin your credit so you can't get a job or a place to live and it's oh well so sorry, good luck trying to straighten that out all on your own and oh by the way we'll probably never find out who did it so don't expect any arrests.... but if it includes nude photos of a celeb then it's all men to their stations to find this criminal and bring him to justice. What BS.

LMAO, $10,00 bond so this wasn't a really big deal after all! Facing 121 days in prison and walking the streets! I'm rooting for this guy more than ever now.

Good luck enforcing an internet ban. What a dumb-a-hole of a judge. How stupid is that guy. Yea, right, that will happen.

This looser lived at home in his parents basement eating cheetos, masturbating and hacking phones. Check for the orange coxk, you'll see I'm right.

Leader of the ignorant masses

If this guy gets convicted i get the feeling that those pictures will surface out of revenge. And even more public money can be wasted tracking down more people because celebrities cannot grow up and stop worshiping themselves through their camera phone.
