Dr. Conrad Murray

Why I DIDN'T Call 911 Right Away

11/12/2011 4:00 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

0_da32o2rk_0_52qajm1t
Dr. Conrad Murray says he didn't call 911 right away the morning Michael Jackson died because he is a "trained" cardiologist -- and he could do whatever paramedics could do.

Murray made that boastful statement during a strategy session, and appears in the documentary, "Michael Jackson and the Doctor: A Fatal Friendship" ... which first aired in the U.K. on Thursday night. However, this footage did not air in the U.S. version which aired Friday night on MSNBC.

Murray's delay in calling 911 was a key topic during his manslaughter trial -- but ultimately, his attorneys never put on any evidence to support the explanation Murray mentions in the documentary.

The doc goes on to say he would have quit working for MJ if he woke up that morning -- because Murray believes what happened to Jackson was the result of "his own hands."

WHAT?! He was going to quit "working" for Michael if he had woken up? THE 150.000$ didn't let him.So he says Michael died because of him,WHY DIDN'T HE SAY SO IN COURT? Of course his lawyers advised him not to.

Conrad Murray Has 'Better Chance of Being Struck By Lightening' Than Getting Probation For Killing Michael JacksonConrad Murray Has 'Better Chance of Being Struck By Lightening' Than Getting Probation For Killing Michael Jackson

Dr. Conrad Murray has a better chance of being struck by lightening, than getting probation for killing Michael Jackson, according to a source, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Reports circulated yesterday that Conrad Murray's lawyers were going to ask Judge Michael Pastor to sentence Murray to probation at the convicted felon's sentencing hearing on November 29, 2011 for killing Michael Jackson.

The King of Pop died on June 25, 2009 from acute Propfol intoxication.

"Conrad Murray's lawyers can ask that their client be given probation, but he has a better chance of being struck by lightening than the judge granting their request,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “The fact that Judge Pastor remanded Murray into custody immediately following his conviction, well, that was clearly a sign to the defense that Judge Pastor will most likely impose the full four year prison sentence to the convicted killer.”

Jail overcrowding in California dictates that if Murray is sentenced to four years in state prison, he would serve about half of that sentence in a county jail. Murray's lawyers are hoping that if Judge Pastor does impose the full sentence, their client would be released on house arrest because the conviction is considered a non-violent felony.

"Murray's lawyers shouldn't be counting on house arrest, period. Each house arrest inmate has their case thoroughly reviewed by jail officials. Judge Pastor can order that Murray not be eligible for house arrest, but the final decision is up to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. The DA, David Walgren will ask that the judge sentence him to four years in jail," an insider tells RadarOnline.com.

There was a contempt hearing Wednesday morning stemming from Dr. Paul White's comments that he made to the press about Deputy District Attorney David Walgren. The judge had imposed a gag order during the trial, and Dr. White called the DA a "s***bag" during Walgren's questioning of Dr. Steven Shafer.

"Dr. White deliberately put out evidence that was not allowed, intentionally tried to throw the case in an attempt to deny the People a fair trial," Walgren said in court. Judge Pastor agreed and fined Dr. White $250. The doctor asked if he could have 30 days to pay the fine, and the judge agreed.

Dr. Conrad Murray's decision to participate in a do***entary about the Michael Jackson death trial could be used at his sentencing hearing on November 29, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

The convicted felon sat down with the Today Show before being found guilty of killing Jackson on June 25, 2009.

“I don't feel guilty, because I did not do anything wrong, I am very, very sorry for the loss of Michael... Michael is a personal friend. It's heartfelt. It's been painful," Murray told Savannah Guthrie.

Murray's interview with Guthrie, and a British reporter, as well as the do***entary which aired in the U.S. on MSNBC last Friday, could be played by the District Attorney at the sentencing hearing.

"The DA is considering playing excerpts of Murray's interviews. It's admissible, and completely legal. It's very compelling evidence, as Murray told the investigating officers a very different series of events that took place, than what he revealed during what was aired on television,” a law enforcement source tells RadarOnline.com.

“Walgren hasn't decided if he is going to play the interviews, but it only makes his case stronger that Judge Pastor should sentence Murray to four years in state prison because of his inability to tell the truth, on a consistent basis."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the executors of Jackson's estate, John Branca and John McClain, blasted NBC for airing the do***entary. The executors fired off a letter to the network which said, "No sooner was Conrad Murray ordered led away in handcuffs after his conviction on manslaughter charges in the death of Michael Jackson than we discovered your MSNBC network inexplicably will showcase him in primetime Friday night as if he is worthy of celebrity.

DO***ENT: Michael Jackson Estate Fire Off Blistering Letter Over Conrad Murray Do***entary

“Dr. Murray's victim, Michael Jackson was a loving father, an incredible talent and someone who had much left to give the world. Dr. Murray is a convicted felon who a judge felt compelled to have placed in handcuffs and jailed immediately after the jury delivered its verdict. He is not someone NBC Universal should be giving a platform on a prime-time pedestal."

The do***entary also highlighted the bickering between Murray's lawyers, Ed Chernoff and Michael Flanagan. RadarOnline.com was first to report that during the trial, things had gotten so bad between the two lawyers, that Chernoff, who lives in Houston, moved out of Flanagan's Southern California home. Chernoff had been staying with Flanagan to save his client money.

During one shocking scene of the do***entary, Flanagan says, "F**k you," to Chernoff during an argument over the defense strategy. Murray criticized Flanagan by saying, "I take offense when my damn attorney is not prepared for that man," referring to prosecution witness Dr. Alon Steinberg.

Conrad Murray was the only doctor in the house. But evidently, he was no expert or else, Michael Jackson would still be alive. Therefore, he needed to call 911. Period.

wouldn't have made a difference

Dr. Murray saved other children from a very sick man.

-Michael Jackson was thrice accused of child molestation (Chandler, Francia, Arvizo)

-Michael Jackson settled his 1st case for $25 million after a 13-yr-old boy accurately drew a detailed description of his genitals, including marks that can only be seen during an erection.

-Michael Jackson had an alarm system for his bedroom that would go off when someone was approaching.

-Michael Jackson had a 2nd hidden bedroom within his main bedroom.

-Three different types of semen were found on Michael Jackson's mattress--one belonged to him, and the two others belonged to different males. A fourth sample of semen was found in Michael's bedsheets, and a fifth on a size small pair of underwear stored in a bag with Michael's own soiled underwear. No female DNA was detected.

-During the raid, police discovered that Michael Jackson had multiple books of nude children including "Boys Will be Boys", which is an extremely explicit book of young boys in erotic poses (this was locked in a filing cabinet in his room).

-According to FBI files, a couple on a train heard disturbing noises coming from a cabin that Michael shared with a boy. They noted that he was very possessive of the boy, & they were so concerned by what was seen/heard that they reported the incident to the conductor. This occurred prior to any public abuse accusations.

-Michael Jackson owned a nude photo of his pubescent friend Jonathan Spence, a boy he shared his bed with for years.

Anyone who still doesn't realize that he was a child predator is an idiot.
