No word on the identity of the scorchin' brunette -- but sources inside XS nightclub at the Wynn Hotel tell us she was VERY LUCKY to get that close to the Prince, because dude was rollin' with an ARMY of security.
What happens in Vegas ... could get this chick into Buckingham Palace if she handles it right.

These royals are useless. A man of this prince´s age should be doing something useful with his life, making a contribution to the world, helping others. All this guy does is get drunk, pick up skanky women, smile for the cameras, and get drunk again. What a waste of a human life.
