Read the police report Cella. It was NOT "consensual". Why do people defend this rapist? Why didn't Kobe sue the girl and the Boulder police department for false arrest and defamation of character? Do you really think the Boulder D.A.'s office would arrest and bring charges against Kobe if they did not believe a crime had been committed and the case was winnable in a court of law?
