Elton John's Hubby SLAMS MADONNA You're Desperate & Narcissistic

Elton John's husband David Furnish LASHED OUT at Madonna following her victory speech at the Golden Globes last night ... saying it was "embarrassing in its narcissism."

Moments after Madge won the statue for Best Original Song, Furnish went to his Facebook page and WENT OFF ... writing, "Madonna. Best song???? F**k off!!!"

For the record -- Elton was nominated in the same category and seemed pissed off in the crowd when Madonna's name was read.

But David continued on Facebook ... writing, "Madonna winning Best Original Song truly shows how these awards have nothing to do with merit. Her acceptance speech was embarrassing in it's narcissism. And her critisism of Gaga shows how desperate she really is."

Elton seemed particularly bitter towards Madonna BEFORE the awards ... telling one reporter on the red carpet he believed Madge had no "f**kin' chance" of emerging victorious.

it is common knowledge in the music industry that Madonna does not write any of her music. If you work with Madonna you have to give up 50% of the writing credit to her. Then you get to say you worked with Madonna. Which is why they are so upset. She got an award she had nothing to do with earning. I don't blame them for being upset.

Face it, Madge's screwed over or tried to step on every single person she's ever called friend. Remember her feud with Sandra Bernhard? Does this old bat even have any friends anymore? I heard she was boo hooing that she didn't get an invite to the royal wedding but Guy did. What Madge did to her supposed good friend Gwyneth Paltrow was unbelievable. All their mutual friends picked Gwen over her and the comments she made about Lady Gaga were totally uncalled for and once again made Madge look petty. She is a sad, bitter old crone.

I actually went and listened to the speech, and both songs. I did not find the speech so bad, but I did not find Madonna's song better than John/Taupin song Hello Hello. I loved Elton's song, and could care less about Madonna's, but there have been quite a few Madonna songs which hold deep meaning in my life. I think it is a matter of personal taste, if you like a song or not, still I would not have picked that Madonna's song over that Elton John's song. I have to wonder if John's song was pushed aside because it was in an animated movie.
