Gabriel Aubry kept a tight grip on his daughter Nahla this AM, in the midst of his battle royale with baby mama Halle Berry.
We're told Gabriel left his house to take Nahla to her pre-school.
TMZ broke the story ... Halle is trying to temporarily strip Gabriel of all contact with Nahla while police investigate a criminal child endangerment complaint against him ... for allegedly pushing the nanny while she was holding the child. Gabriel is also being investigated for battery.

Doesn't it seem a little too convenient that Halle Berry wants full custody, then all of a sudden Gabriel Aubry is under investigation for child endangerment? All of this brought on by a restraining order request by the nanny who only works for Halle Berry now.

Just look at that monster! Why, why, he's HOLDING HIS DAUGHTER - what a vile beast. She's so afraid of him that she's smiling and totally at ease with that monster. AND NOT A NANNY IN SIGHT. Doesn't he realize that without a nanny, he can't do all the things that a big time movie star does? Why, he's actually acting like a father would. What a monster.
Seriously, his ex-wife is crazy about this whole thing. He's her flesh and blood as much as Haley is. Maybe someone should check to see if she's the bad parent.

I am liking Halle less and less. It's very selfish to want to punish your child because you hate your ex. You can find a way to make this work for her sake. It's so cruel to keep a little girl from the daddy she obviously loves.
