Whitney Houston

L.A. Coroner Hunting Down

Prescription Records

2/15/2012 9:41 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

The L.A. County Coroner wants to get to the bottom of Whitney Houston's medical and pharmaceutical history -- obtaining subpoenas to get the singer's medical and drug records from her doctors.

According to Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter, it's not out of the ordinary to request such records.

As TMZ reported, there were a half-dozen Rx bottles in the hotel room where Whitney died, including prescriptions for Xanax, Amoxicillin and ibuprofen.  There was also a bottle of Midol, but nothing excessive or unusual.

First your report no evidence of Dr shopping, now you seem to be saying wait a minute they are still investigating if their was Dr shopping.. TMZ is showing that they dont verify anything before posting it. Infact what the post here has about as much weight as what i or anyone else says on here. Basically TMZ blogs and doesnt report facts.

Something to think about, if a family member of mine or your od's on drugs there is no investigation on where the drug came from. But when a star dies police investigate??? What about ivesitgating the deaths of thousands who od and find out where those drugs came from. It just goes to show you that it matters who you are never mind the fact that we are all human.

Where i live there are a total of 9 walgreens pharmacies within 8 miles of my house there is also two leader pharmacies 3 rite aid and a 4 CVS. That is way to much in a small area and only prrof that this drug addiction is caused by Local State and federal government due to the lobbying of these large pill manufactures. No freaking wonder people are dying by the thousands from legal drugs.

Scratch that there is a total of 30 Pharmacies within a 8 mile radius of my house. So one has to ask them selves why are local, state and federal governments allowing the over saturation of pharmacies? Why, because they are all reaping the profits!
