There are many websites and forums that can help you plan your touring days at Disneyland and Disney World. Use Google search and the first few sites listed can help you out. The "Captain" just did his homework and knows how to tour. It's pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

This video was flippin' useless, just a bunch of chummy chatter with the crew and no info whatsoever. What a waste of server space.
