Whitney Houston's Will

Approved By Judge

3/8/2012 6:05 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Whitney Houston
's will has been validated by a judge, and now her daughter Bobbi Kristina stands to inherit her mom's fortune.

Under the will, Bobbi Kristina is Whitney's sole beneficiary. But the will -- which was amended in 2000 -- provides that if the 19-year-old dies before probate is completed, ex-hubby Bobby Brown and various relatives would split up all of her assets -- but she left it up to them to agree on how to divvy things up. There is one thing that Whitney didn't want to put up for grabs -- her jewelry. In the event Bobbi Kristina died, all of Whitney's baubles would go to her mom Cissy.

In addition to Brown, Whitney named her mom Cissy, her dad John and her brothers Michael and Gary as beneficiaries.

Now here's the catch ... If Bobby and the others couldn't reach an agreement on who gets what, the will says all of Whitney's stuff would be sold and they would just divide the cash.

Well can't Bobbi now write her own Will since everything will soon be hers anyway.. I don't wish her harm, in fact I hope she learns from all this and appreciates everyday and cleans up her act. As she can see, life is too short things can change in a second. Get it together girl.

I feel all of this has gone to far. We as human beings need to leave this girl (Bobbi Christine)alone. She has enough to worry about,Hello People she lost her mother who was a ICON in the world.. and to address the picture on the Enquire, what kind of person would take a picture of Whitney well any body and sell it for Money 500 thousand to be exact. It was so disgraceful, what is wrong with this world. and while i am on this issue, the woman who owns the funeral home, i forgot her name and family members that are in on all this. YOU KNOW YOU DID IT, and until you admit your faults people will be treating you the way they think you should be treated. you are the only one to have any access to her body , so what now. people will threaten you and spit on you till you tell the truth. remember the truth will set you free..

Regarding the Bobby Brown inclusion, I'm pretty sure that because Whitney's last amendment to her will was prior to her divorce, anything that mentioned Bobby Brown would be easily contested (as far as him receiving any assets) and he would most likely be out of the running for any of Whitney's assets. It's very similar to cases where spouses never amended their wills post-divorce and would have left everything to their spouse. The court would disregard, in favor or the heirs of the deceased.

In my opinion I believe that a mother's most important role on this green earth that we live is to take care of her kids to the best of her ability. The fact that she left everything for her daughter is excellent, even though she is forever gone her daughter is blessed to be able to live a very comfortable life. Most people who lose loved ones parents especially are left with nothing but debt. I just pray for Bobbie Kristina and hope that she is able to live a productive life and use her money wisely.

I think your following of Whitney Houston's death has been accurate and informative. It is unfortunate that all that glitters is not gold! Whitney definitely was used as a message to the masses!
