Toddler Sings in Church

'Ain't No Homos Gonna

Make It to Heaven'

5/30/2012 9:45 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
breaking news

This video is nuts -- an Indiana toddler took the mic at his church recently, and sang a hate-filled anti-gay song ... with the lyrics, "Ain't no homos gonna make it to heaven" ... and the crowd went WILD.

The video was reportedly recorded at the Apostolic Truth Tabernacle in Greensburg, Indiana --  featuring a young boy on the altar, barely old enough to walk, singing a song he was obviously spoon fed.

It's pretty hard to make out the words -- so here are the lyrics ...

"The Bible’s right, somebody’s wrong.
The Bible’s right, somebody’s wrong.
Romans one, twenty six and twenty seven;
Ain’t no homos gonna make it to Heaven."

The congregation erupts in thunderous applause after the song.

FYI, here's Romans 1:26-27 -- "Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error."

It's the latest video to hit the web showing rampant homophobia in America's churches -- starting with a North Carolina pastor advocating beating the gay out of your child ... and another NC pastor talking about fencing up gay people and letting them die out.

Those who mock the Bible and it's teachings will have a different take on it when Jesus comes back and then the judgement. OOPS it's going to get hot.

for all the folks who keep saying we can't breed...

newsflash: we're not sterile dum dums
i have two kids, that came out of my body.
now, granted my partner didn't give me the sperm.
but guess what?
the sperm donor was gay too.

and guess what else?
they might be going to school with your children and one of them might grow up to be a doctor that might treat some of you when you're old.

i hope this keeps you up at night.
you're so afraid of everything.
poor things.
must be hard...

There is only one God. In this country, it's colored Green. Without it, no churches would be built.

It's good to see ignorance alive and well all over the country, and then isolated into this thread of comments.
Those who say TMZ is part of the "Gay Agenda", take a moment to think about how much God and Christianity is pushed on everyone. Everyone has an "Agenda" it just might not be yours.
Now take a moment to think about a child who has NO idea what he's preaching, but instead what he is taught. He's being taught HATE! Plain and simple. If the kid were preaching "Kill the Ni**ers" I'm sure there would be a completely different thread going on. What this child is saying is NO's simply HATE!
Those who say this kid is right, are simply ignorant, and likely brought up the same way this kid was. I feel sorry for you.
Reading comments from the like of someone who calls themselves "Bob", it's clear you have no idea about anything beyond your sheltered hate breed. It's people with that level of ignorance that are met at "The gates" by every person they every discriminated against, and THEY are judged because everyone was made in Gods image.

That kid should be on America's Got Talent.

I certainly do not approve of a pastor forcing a child to learn a song that encourages hate and dislike of another person, in church no less. This pastor and his small Indiana church seemingly want the fame and cash that Fred Phelps (one family) church seem to thrive on. It's rather sad.

All the while, pastors like Greg Laurie, Chuck Smith, and Rick Warren, and many Catholic and Mormon centers, do support traditional marriage, and discouarge a gay lifestyle w/ biblical references. But, all also encourage followers to display love at all times - to be the Christian to other people that you would want to meet. God loved the sinner, he hated the sin. In all of us. Laurie, Smith, Warren, all have gay outreach programs....HIV/AIDS support groups that help w/ finances, food, health care, and prayer. All have put down the likes of Fred Phelps.

But, I was struck by the words 'rampant homophobia' in America's churches.....really Harvey? There are probably close to half a million churches in the USA, and in a full year, we've had 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 videotaped incidents like this. They are indeed shocking & sad incidents....why do that to a kid? I think most would be surprised to know, hey, guess what.....homosexuality rarely comes in service. Like never that I can recall.

Most of the time, it's a sermond about YOU, what are you doing personally to be a Christian, to lead the life Christ wants you to lead, to follow his will and be the person who turns the other cheek, who reaches out to enemies, who speaks well of all, and who gives the Lord all the credit.

Shame on the pastor of this church on tape.....shame on the kids parents too.

Love your neighbor as you love yourself.........
you don't have to like or copy what they do, or condone it. But, you are to love your neighbor always, as the Lord loved all of us.

Considering that the majority of christian mythology is bastardized by its so called disciples; this honestly isn't anything to uncommon. If anything it teaches people a clear-cut truth. We belong to the people who showed us the world and this is our teachers, our parents, our elders, and those few people who leave an impact on our lives. In this video we see that:

1: Religion is learned not chosen (unless your "born again")
2. Children are impressionable and will learn to love and or HATE the exact same things you do.
3. if we as a society thought truly about the betterment of mankind and furthermore our children we may evolve past the need to comfort ourselves with any mythology that: outside of the most common sense items (IE: murder is wrong, stealing is wrong, and that we are all responsible for our own actions) teaches people how to hate each-other and pick and chose "dogmatic laws" to govern other people by instead of reflecting on ones self.

I don't agree with this little boy singing this song. But for all you saying he should be taking away for child abuse is just dumb. The parents have the right to teach their child whatever they like until they are 18 right. Its their right as a parent no matter who likes it or not. Thats the bottom line. Maybe gay's would be more accepted if they would stop flaunting it around so much. Here is my point someone of the same gender is checking you out and you are straight that should be a crime like sexual abuse. Now I accept gays but thats only the case if I know they aren't thinking about me that way. But most gays aren't like that. STOP FLAUNTING

Interesting how Jesus was kind and loving to perceived sinners yet these people are hateful. If you're doing something Jesus would never have done - you have to re-examine your actions

So sad that a church and his family teaches hate. These people are not Christians.

Disturbing. Sad. A grotesque mis-use of faith. So many creeps pushing hatred and intolerance in the name of "religion" is what's ruined this country! I hope this little boy manages to survive this abusive childhood in one piece - and that he escapes into a world of intellectual reasoning, respect, love, and freedom from make belief people in the sky!
