I don't think the paparazzi will win any awards in the way they act, the aggressive way in which they go after photos, but it still remains that the paparazzi have zero to do with the real reason Halle Berry wants to move her child to Paris. The truth is, it is never good for a child to be separated from her parents in a divorce! A child should have access to both parents, and Halle should know better!

As for some of the TMZ poll options, like "better parents, rich or poor" I avoided as I don't see the relevance even though I don't have much money ... really, how could anyone gauge that poll accuratelyl? And how would anyone here know the answer to that unless they had been raised by both rich and poor parents, which is impossible? Also the dating poll was another one I avoided. Has nothing to do with the real issue of parenting here.

I do not think either parent is trying to be a villain here, but Halle had better start watching out for Nahla's interests. If Halle denies the father access to his child, she will be a villain.

Who believes her relationship with Olivier is realy? No one with any sense. I believe the lesbian rumors. She's just using the fake relationship with Martinez to get back at Gabriel.

Halle should have been artificially inseminated because all she wanted was a sperm donor. Shame on her for dragging that man and THEIR daughter through this. She's not right. I guess she forget the early days when she was all over Gabriel, laughing and loving on him and praising him as a father. Shame on her for trying to take her daughter's father away from her.

Here´s what I think: "Halle Berry suffers from serious emotional issues. If she has any sense she will stay put, because the past could catch up with her. The only reason the paparazzi are chasing her in the first place is that she is being a bitch trying to take that little girl away from her father! I am totally team Gabriel here and I hope he is rewarded full custody and she gets visiting rights. She is a selfish cow who has been playing the victim for too long. She is trying to erase the father from his daughters life so that her new sperm donor can play doting dad. You can´t just get pregnant and then try to take the girl away from her father because it suits you!! The little girl will grow to resent her mother in the end. This whole show will be plastered all over the internet for years to come and the little one will soon discover the truth. She looks a lot happier when she is with her dad anyways. Halle is just manipulating Olivier, the media and everyone into believing she is a saint! Stupid woman.
